Payments and refunds

1. What is paid

OneMe's core features are free with no time limit. The Pro plan adds design options and advanced blocks. It is activated for the period shown at payment and covers all profiles in the account.

2. How to pay

In Telegram, payment is made in Telegram Stars; on the website, through our payment partner once website payments are enabled. The price and period are shown before you pay. Pro is activated right after payment.

The subscription does not renew on its own: no money is charged without your action. When the period ends, your page returns to the free plan and all your content is kept.

3. Refunds

• if you paid by mistake or Pro was not activated - we refund in full within 14 days;
• if you have already used Pro - we review it case by case;
• a donation can be refunded on request within 14 days.

When a payment is refunded, the Pro it paid for is switched off. Stars return to your Telegram balance; money paid on the website is returned the same way you paid.

4. How to contact us

Send the /paysupport command to the bot @one_me_bot or email support@oneme.cc and include the payment date. We reply within a few business days.
