Content rules and complaints

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Why these rules exist

OneMe pages are open to anyone with the link. These rules help visitors trust pages and protect owners from other people's violations. They supplement the Terms of Service.

2. What is allowed

Telling people about yourself and your work, showing your work, services, prices, client reviews and contacts. Reviews must be genuine.

3. What is not allowed

Your page, including texts, photos, videos and links, must not contain:

  • material prohibited by the law of the page owner's or its visitors' country;
  • child sexual abuse material or anything that sexualizes minors - we report such cases to the relevant organizations;
  • pornography and sexually explicit material, or offers of sexual services;
  • support for terrorism or violent extremism, their symbols or recruitment;
  • threats, calls for violence, glorification of cruelty or footage of real violence;
  • harassment, insults, defamation or discrimination based on origin, sex, religion, orientation, disability or other characteristics;
  • encouragement of self-harm or suicide;
  • sale of drugs, weapons, explosives, forged documents, stolen goods or other goods and services that are prohibited or require a license you do not have;
  • fraud: pyramid schemes, easy-money promises, fake giveaways, collecting other people's passwords or payment details;
  • impersonation of another person, company or organization;
  • other people's photos, videos, music, texts or trademarks without the rights holder's permission;
  • other people's personal data - addresses, phone numbers, documents, photos - without their consent;
  • fake reviews or misleading claims about yourself, your experience or your services;
  • spam, malware, phishing, or using OneMe for mass messaging;
  • links to resources with any of the above.

This list is not exhaustive: if material clearly harms people or breaks the law, we may remove it even if it is not named here.

4. How to report

If a page breaks these rules or infringes your rights, message the bot @one_me_bot or email support@oneme.cc. Include the page link and briefly describe the problem. If it concerns your copyright, say which work is yours and where the original was published.

We review complaints within 7 days, and clear threats, fraud and harm to children are handled first.

5. What we do

Depending on the violation, we ask the owner to fix the page, remove a single item, hide the whole page, temporarily restrict access to the account, and for serious or repeated violations close it. Child sexual abuse material, terrorism and direct threats are removed immediately, without warning.

The owner receives a message in the bot and can appeal by replying to it or emailing support@oneme.cc. We will review the decision and let them know the result.

If the law requires us to restrict access to material or share information with the competent authorities, we do so.

One link. Everything important about you.
Simple. Convenient. Modern.
