Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. General
1.1. This Policy explains what data OneMe - the oneme.cc website, the Telegram bot @one_me_bot and the Telegram mini app (the "Service") - collects, why it is needed and how you can control it.
1.2. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and the Terms of Service.
2. What data we collect
- account data: your Telegram ID, name and Telegram username; when you sign in on the website - your email address and password (we do not store the password itself, only an irreversible fingerprint of it);
- page content you add yourself: name, description, photos, work, services, prices, contacts and links;
- payment details: amount, date and status. We never receive card details;
- support conversations: your messages and the files you attach to them;
- technical data: IP address, device and browser type, page view statistics.
We do not ask for passport details, documents or your Telegram phone number. A phone number appears on your page only if you add it yourself.
3. Why we need it
- to show your page by its link and let you edit it;
- to sign you in and restore access;
- to activate Pro and process refunds;
- to send bot notifications and answer your requests;
- to occasionally send Service news in the bot - you can opt out in the bot settings or simply stop the bot;
- to count page views and improve the Service.
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
4. What others can see
Everything you put on your page is visible to anyone with the link. Other account data is not shown to visitors.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only with:
- Telegram - for sign-in, the bot and payments in Stars;
- our payment partner - for payments on the website; card details are entered on their side, not ours;
- the hosting provider whose servers run the Service;
- web analytics services - in anonymized form;
- government authorities - when the law requires it.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website stores sign-in data in your browser so it does not ask for your password on every visit, along with your settings. Web analytics load after you agree in the cookie banner, and on profile pages - right away, unless you declined earlier. See Cookies for details.
7. Retention and deletion
7.1. Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your page and data in the app: Settings → Visibility and deletion. Payment records may be kept longer if the law requires it.
Support conversations are kept for 1 year and then deleted together with any attached files. In the app, a closed request is hidden after 3 days.
7.2. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. To do so, message the bot @one_me_bot or email support@oneme.cc.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with its date shown at the top.
