Terms of Service

1. General

1.1. These Terms govern your use of OneMe - the oneme.cc website, the Telegram bot @one_me_bot and the Telegram mini app (the "Service").

1.2. The Service lets you create a personal page with its own link: tell people about yourself and add your work, services, contacts and other materials.

1.3. By signing up for or using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2. Account

2.1. You can sign in with Telegram or with an email address and password on the website. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account.

2.2. Access to an account created on the website is restored through Telegram.

2.3. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If the laws of your country set a higher age, that age applies.

3. Your page and content

3.1. Your page is visible to anyone who has its link. Do not publish anything you do not want strangers to see.

3.2. You keep all rights to your texts, photos and other materials. You allow the Service to store and display them to the extent needed for your page to work.

3.3. You confirm that you have the right to publish the materials you post and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

3.4. What you can and cannot post is described in the Content rules and complaints, which are part of these Terms. In short: no illegal content, no deception, no infringing other people's rights and no harm to people.

3.5. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in and of the country whose residents your page is intended for.

3.6. A short page address (oneme.cc/name) is available on the Pro plan, and you choose it yourself. The Service may refuse an address that is misleading or uses someone else's name or trademark. When Pro ends, the short address is removed from your page and kept for you for 60 days; if Pro is not renewed, the address is released. Your page still opens via its permanent link.

4. Plans and payment

4.1. The core features are free (the Free plan) with no time limit. Extra design options and advanced blocks are part of the Pro plan, which is activated for a set period after payment, with a promo code or as a referral reward. One plan covers all profiles in an account.

4.2. In Telegram, payment is made in Telegram Stars; on the website, through Platega once the store is enabled. The price and period are shown on the payment page before you pay. The subscription does not renew automatically.

4.3. If you paid by mistake or Pro was not activated, the payment is refunded within 14 days. Refunds for Pro you have already used are reviewed case by case. When a payment is refunded, the Pro access it paid for is removed.

4.4. A donation is voluntary support for the project and does not entitle you to any services. A donation can be refunded on request within 14 days.

4.6. The referral program terms are described in the app, in the payment terms section.

5. Restricting access

5.1. If these Terms, the Content rules, the law or Telegram's rules are violated, the Service may remove a single item, hide a page, temporarily restrict access to an account or close it. We usually notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, but act immediately in serious cases. How to report and appeal is described in the Content rules and complaints.

5.2. You can delete your page and data at any time in the app: Settings → Visibility and deletion.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruptions or errors, but we cannot guarantee that.

6.2. The page owner is responsible for the page's content. The Service is not responsible for arrangements between a page owner and their visitors.

7. Changes

7.1. We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page, with its date shown at the top. If you keep using the Service after changes, you accept them.
